- Can I bring my own caterer, planner, or bartender?
Open catering and bar policy—invite any food, beverage, and décor partners you like, provided all alcohol service meets our required insurance and liability policies. - Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol may be served at events; however, the venue does not hold a liquor license at this location. If alcohol is to be served, the renter assumes all responsibility for proper service and consumption. Renters must sign a liability waiver and either (a) purchase special event coverage from Catholic Mutual ($95, includes alcohol liability), or (b) provide an insurance certificate showing at least $1 million liability coverage, listing Holy Trinity as an additional insured. Please contact us for current requirements and forms. - How many people can each space hold?
Theater: Up to 496 guests, all seated.
Reception Hall: 235 seated at tables, or up to 500 for standing, mix-and-mingle events. - Is the venue fully accessible?
Absolutely. All event spaces and restrooms are wheelchair accessible for guests and vendors. - What’s included with the rental?
