Banquet and Meeting Spaces

At Holy Trinity Clifton Campus we provide our customers with exceptional value and the perfect location for you to have your event.   The facility is located in the heart of the Frankfort Avenue corridor in the Clifton/Crescent Hill area not far from downtown Louisville.  There are several rooms to choose from, and you may host groups of up to 500 people for single or multi-day rentals.

Reception Hall & Alcove Room

The Reception Hall is a newly renovated 4,000 sq. ft. space suitable for receptions and large events.  It is perfect for banquets, conferences, training sessions, sales meetings, social and corporate events, as well as wedding receptions.  This space includes a small alcove area off of the Reception Hall that provides an additional 700 sq. ft. of space.  The open catering policy allows for you to bring in your own food and drink, and have use of a modern kitchen.

  • a sound system for background music, lecture and announcements

  • CD player
  • podiums and easels
  • use of our banquet tables, round table and chairs for up to 250 people
  • Set up & Capacity: 4,000 sq. ft. + Alcove Area 700 sq. ft.  Rounds 250; Classroom 100; Standing 500; Theater 300 




Clifton Room

The Clifton Room is a 750 sq. ft. space perfect for meetings, classes, training sessions, bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations, and other parties.
